The purpose of the job or role
– why it exists:
This job exists for the flawless delivery of HR Services to employees and managers. This job is within Global Mobility International Compensation Management Team (GCMT).
The GCMT is responsible for calculating and administering assignment-related allowances and deductions
The GCMT partners with Global Mobility Partner (located in Asia Pacific) in addition to colleagues in the Global Mobility Team, Employee Data Resource Center (EDRC), Controllers, and Accounts Payable functions to deliver exceptional relocation services.
The role includes tracking and reconciling compensation for all assignees and submitting compensation data to Payroll. In addition this role has additional responsibility for leadership of various Operating Disciplines/Processes within the GCMT.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manual calculation and administration of assignment-related allowances and deductions
Update allowance calculations monthly and/or quarterly
Creation and auditing of Assignment Packages for beginning and end of International Assignments
Enter and update data for international assignees on International Payroll in PeopleSoft.
Responsible for utilizing, monitoring, and updating the Human Resource Case Management (HRCM) tool within Global Mobility.
Prepare off-cycle payroll feed and send to International Payroll
Assist with entering Foreign Pay Collect earnings into PeopleSoft. Enter earnings regarding repatriations in Access database.
Prepare payroll feed for Short Term assignees

? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to promptly follow-up with client questions. Ability to work proactively and independently to produce quality results. Excellent problem solving skills in order to provide quick, accurate and consistent resolution. Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Communication
? Ability to communicate effectively with transferring international employees and their management to help provide clear understanding of company’s policies and compensation philosophies and details.
? Ability to communicate at different levels within the company and with colleagues around the world on a global/international scale.
Technical Knowledge
? In depth understanding and consistent application and policy/practice interpretation and implementation of the international relocation and compensation policy and processes
? Proficiency in Workstation applications, PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft Track Global Assignment Module, and PeopleSoft HRCM
Teamwork
? Must be able to function fully in global team environment. Good communications skills with team members are critical. Provides support as a back-up and in the audit of team member’s work.
Interpersonal Effectiveness
? Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and clients in an efficient and professional manner in order to provide an understanding of company’s relocation policies and compensation philosophy and process.
? Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Job requires building strong working relationships with team members.
Prior Work Experience
Key Prior Experiences:
Relevant work experience in HR particularly in Employee Data Resource Center (EDRC) or compensation, Accounting, Finance, or Accounts Payable strongly preferred.
Requirements:
1-2 year working experience
Good English both in written and spoken
Good at Excel
Strong data analysis
Bachelor Degree is preferred
