职责：
1，协助OFFICE MANAGER对办公室环境、设施进行日常管理。
2，出纳日常付款及报销费用审核。
3，安排公司业务差旅行程，包括用车，机票，火车，酒店等安排。
4，公司涉外员工入、离职安排。
5，中国籍员工入、离职安排。
6，公司名片，及其他PROFILE的日常工作。
7，办公用品的日常采购工作。
8，协助办公室经理安排公司年会等活动。
9，完成上级交办的各类相关工作。
要求：
1， 上海本地户籍。
2， 2年及以上工作经验。
3， 大专及以上学历。
4， 英语书面及口语良好，能够与外籍雇员进行日常交流。
5， 持有有效会计上岗证。
6， 有相关部分行政工作经验。
7， 具备基本电脑硬件及软件知识，熟练应用office 及相关财务软件。
