岗位职责：

1、负责院内网络机房基础设施的调试与维护；
2、负责院内计算机桌面技术支持
3、客户端系统安装与调试；
4、系统补丁升级及病毒安全防护；
5、AD域环境的基本配置及安装服务，权限设定及管理；
6、负责思科VOIP语音电话系统维护
7、负责打印复印等相关设备的管理及维护工作

8、负责所有IT设备、软件、授权等的台账管理维护

9、 新员工IT方面的基础培训

10、收集用户反馈并及时响应

11、配合IT经理完成的其他相关任务

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业,2年及以上工作经验；
2、有良好的服务意识，具备较强的沟通理解能力和良好的技术学习能力。富有强烈的责任心和使命感，具备良好的职业素养和团队合作精神，敢于承受工作压力。
3、熟悉办公室IT设备的软硬件维护（打印机、传真机、复印机、投影仪、扫描仪、刻录机等）；
4、熟悉局域网管理，会简单配置、管理及维护路由器、交换机、防火墙等设备。
5、具备一定的网络知识功底，了解网络规划、VLAN划分、端口汇聚等知识。
6、熟悉思科VOIP语音电话

7、良好的英文沟通能力
8、持CISCO CCNP、 MCSE、MCITP证书者优先
