Objective 职位总体目标：

Analyze and control the overall finance of project with SAP and Hyperion
运用SAP和Hyperion，对项目的整体财务分析与控制

Job Responsibilities 具体职责：

1. Be responsible to execut the closing and prepare forecast and budget regularly
负责定期执行关账和准备预测与预算

2. Cooperate with accounting department to get the cost data from SAP and in accordance with project and progress to accomplish monthly financial report
与财务部合作，从SAP中获得成本数据，根据项目和进度完成每月快报

3. Collect cash and bank reconciling sheet to compare the balance with SAP accounts and input data into DSDE treasury report
收集现金和银行核对表，与SAP中账户进行比较，并录入杜尔德国资产报告

4. Download ZISI and IFRS reports from SAP and input into Hyperion to analyze the detail information
从SAP中下载ZISI和IFRS报表，并输入Hyperion中进行具体信息分析

5. Know order PR and PO, update contracts information in time, compare with SAP report and prepare the order analysis report
掌握订单的PR和PO，及时更新合同信息，与SAP报告做对比并准备订单分析报告

6. Collect bank payment and received project by project, analyse projects payment progress and input data in treasure forecast
收集每个项目银行账户的付款和收款情况，对项目付款流程进行分析，并录入预期资产数据

7. Download ZISI and IFRS reports from SAP, then input into Hyperion, analyse detailed accounts to find problem and make proper reclassification, discuss with auditor about key issues
从SAP中下载ZISI和IFRS报表，并录入Hyperion中，分析具体的账户以发现问题并进行重新分类，与审计讨论主要问题

8. Discuss with project controlling team and update order analysis to give out reasonable financial result by need of Dürr group
根据杜尔集团的要求，与项目控制团队讨论和更新订单分析情况并给出合理的财务结果

9. Prepare budget and MTP (Mid Term Plan) in SAP and Hyperion
在SAP和Hyperion中准备预算和期中计划

10. Make the reconciliation with sales department and accounting department regularly
与销售部门和财务部门定期进行对账

11. Analyze the deviation between realization and budget
分析实际与预算直接的偏差

12. Assist the annual company audit
年终公司审计协助

Job Requirements任职资格：

1. Bachelor Degree，with major in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business or other related major
金融、财务、审计、经济或其他相关专业, 本科以上学历

2. At least 5 years' experience

5年以上工作经验

3.Financial analysis, over 3 years‘ working experience as a professional Finance Controller in manufacturing company, working in a project company will be considered as priority, preferred candidates have experience in accounting or audit department as well
财务分析，有在制造业三年以上专业财务控制工作经验，有在项目制公司工作经验者优先，有在财务部或审计部工作经验者优先

4. Excellent English skill in oral, written and reading, German is preferred
卓越的英语读写说能力，会德语优先

5. Proficient in MS office and SAP
精通办公软件和SAP
