Responsibilities:
* Responsible for concept, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, roll-out and training of process-enabling tools.
* Work closely with domain experts and interface from different departments to ensure delivery of high quality process-enabling tools.
* Responsible for the optimization of tool development process to achieve high effectiveness and efficiency.
* Support data analysis, reports and metrics generation.

* Strong sense of responsibility,
* Attend to details,
* Multi-tasking capability,

Education:
* Bachelor or above, education background in Computer Science or related
