- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a (SIAS)Siemens PLC S7-300/400 Service Engineer 西门子PLC S7-300/400服务工程师.
What are my responsibilities?
1, Work on the projects based on the Service ISO procedure and professional knowledge and project requirements to fulfill the profit of Service Dept.
2, Increase customer satisfaction.
3, Provide the field service and maintenance service based on the Service ISO procedure and professional knowledge to increase the customer satisfaction.
1. 针对定点客户提供西门子系统的服务（技术支持、紧急响应、预防性服务、系统扩展服务等）；
2. 维护客户关系，提高客户满意度；
3. 为公司带回现场的系统信息，为公司带回更多的服务和项目信息；
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1, At least 3 years working experience, be familiar with Siemens PLC (S7 200/300/400) or PCS7；
2, Programming/Debug experience;
3, Could work under pressure and accept frequent short-term travel;
4, Customer-orientated
5, Bachelor degree or above, major in automation and related. Good oral and written English is preferred.
1、3年以上工作经验，熟悉西门子PLC(S7 200/300/400)或者PCS7 ；
2、编程/调试/经验;
3、适应经常性的短期出差；
4、有好的服务意识，善于与客户沟通；
5、自动化相关专业本科及以上学历毕业；良好的英语口语和读写能力。
