- For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a Electric Project Management Engineer 电气项目管理工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Be responsible for whole project implementation, make budget for all orders, and control cost and storage level during the implementation process.

- 为项目实施制定全套项目计划及所有订单的成本预算，并且在项目实施过程中控制成本和库存。

2. Make purchase list according to customer orders or production demand, timely procurement of materials, to prepare for the normal operation of the production.

- 根据客户订单或产量需求制作采购清单、及时采购物料，为生产的正常运行作准备。

3. Establish good relationship with customers, well know customer need and convey it to relevant departments like design, purchasing, production, test and after service and etc.

- 与客户建立良好关系，准确了解客户的需求，并传达给相应部门如设计、采购、生产、测试和售后服务等部门。

4. Make modification timely, ensure the production workshop and related data accuracy and maintain close cooperation with department above to ensure the project completed on schedule.

- 及时下发变更单，确保生产车间与设计的技术及相关资料准确性和一致性并且与上述部门保持紧密合作确保按进度完成项目。

5. Organize and supervise manufacture in workshop and customer field service thereby delivery on time and solve quality problem.

- 与生产和质量部门协调，及时解决客户反馈的产品质量问题

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree majored in electric engineering or automation

- 电气工程或自动化相关专业，大学本科以上

2. At least 3years work experience in project management, order process, design or manufacturing - Knowledge of mechanical-electrical production, be able to read engineering documents

- 至少3年项目管理、订单处理、生产计划、电气柜设计或生产方面的工作经验，能熟练看懂英语工程技术资料

3. Good communication skill, cooperative, mature and resourceful, ability to work independently

- 善于与人沟通、有团队合作精神、能独立开展工作

4. Fluent English with both oral and written

- 流利的口语及书面英语

What else do I need to know?

- SAP User is a plus.

- 会SAP者优先考虑
