- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a 团队助理 Team Assistant（Marketing& Communication）.

What are my responsibilities?

- Support marketing and communication.

- Type correspondence, presentation materials, statistics, reports, etc. handle correspondence with standard format independently.

- Take minutes of meeting, take and transcribe short-hand dictation. Provide verbal or written translation, handle sensitive and confidential information and documents.

- Be responsible to the daily documentation and administration work.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Excellent written and spoken English, and computer skill

- University degree or above, English, public relations, journalistic communication in university is preferred.

- Around 0-2year secretary working experience in MNCs.

What else do I need to know?

- Honest, team spirit, good communication and coordination skill
