-SLC MO UT Senior Commissioning Engineer Shanghai 西门子（中国）有限公司交通集团城市交通 高级调试工程师（上海）
-For our Commissioning & Warranty Service department in Shanghai, we are looking for a Senior Commissioning engineer who will be responsible for the commissioning & Warranty Service of domestic and international Metro, Commuter Rail and Light Rail projects. Senior commissioning engineer will ensure that vehicles are fully commissioned within the contractually agreed time frame, budget and standard of quality. He is the project team member responsible for static commissioning, dynamic commissioning and testing. He ensures that all the necessary commissioning dates are planned and safeguarded during scheduling. During the warranty period, senior commissioning engineer shall be fully responsible for documents management, requirements management, scheduling, change management, configuration management and special topics on project management processes.

What are my responsibilities?
- participates in project reviews and milestone meetings;
- delivers status to project manager & line manager;
- escalates to project manager in all issues which cannot be solved on sub project level;
- collaborates closely with other sub projects
- collects actively all relevant inputs from other sub projects
- delivers actively all relevant input to other sub projects
- establishes and managers overall inspection and test plan
- establishes test specifications and test record in accordance with the inspection and test plan
- performs static commissioning, dynamic test in accordance with the inspection and test plan
- hands over trains to client for trial runs and integration tests in revenue line and supporting the process in case of unconformities
- Responsibility for maintenance / warranty execution

What do I need to qualify for this position?
- Bachelor or Master Degree, majored in electrical engineering
- Good English skills
- Knowledge of railway traction systems, train control system
- Knowledge of commissioning processes, methods and tools
- At least 7 years experience with railway vehicles or power plant applications for testing and commissioning activities
- willing to travel in domestic and abroad
- Knowledge of intercultural communication and collaboration
