-For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an SQE for Steal Parts.

What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission:
-Plan and lead qualification activities for new suppliers;
-Plan and lead existing supplier maintenance and quality improvement;
-Lead quality problem investigation and solving;
-The SQE shall report to Supplier Quality Manager in Siemens Wind Power Asia Pacific, and functionally assist the quality functions in SWP Headquarter. There will be a close cooperation with the procurement and engineering departments.

Tasks:
-Explain qualification procedures and processes for suppliers, clarify quality questions from suppliers.
-Lead qualification activities related to small steel parts, coordinate resources and information, make project planning, monitor progress and make progress reporting, take necessary actions to ensure high level and timely deliverable in quality.
-Monitor supplier quality performance, conduct inspection activities at supplier site, ensure the results according to relative technical and quality specifications / requirements.
-Define, plan and perform Quality, Health and Safety audits and re-audits, corrective agreements, first article inspection, etc. according to PRO 03.01.
-Prepare audit plans, audit reports and visit reports in web-based ASD, and SQAP
-Manage the Non-conformances with KRIMA NCR system, drive corrective and preventive action at suppliers, ensure quality level business results, drive supplier development related to quality.
-Quality issue follow-up at the supplier, "root cause analysis" on small steel parts for wind turbines.
- Implementation of quality related procedures and processes.
-Frequent travel to suppliers.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Competencies: :
-machining, and quality control experience in heavy industry. Knowledge in Geometrical Product Specification .
Problem solving and audit skills.
-Good English skills, in writing and oral.
-Solid communication and team building skills.
-Knowledge of ISO:9001 Quality Management System.
-Good analytical skill, Statistical Process Control skill.

Essential：
-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline;
ISO9001 internal auditor .
-3+ years experiences in steel parts manufacturing and supplier quality management;
-Familiar with project management;
-Experience with geometrical dimensional inspection, machining and surface treatment;
-Collaboration with international teams. Networking and team building skills.
