职位描述
-Siemens EM Division, SG BU, AS segment is expanding Service Business and is looking for Service Technical Sales.The Service Sales will be responsible for Service business development and project proposal preparation. Organization: EM SG AS (Asset Services Segment, Smart Grid Solution & Services BU, Energy Management Division)
What are my responsibilities?
-Work with Front Sales to actively develop Service business in China, mainly around T&D Systems, e.g. HV & MV Switchgear. Yearly OI target: ~10 million RMB
-Prepare Service project proposal with internal supports from BUs, OCs and HQ
-Frequent visits to Customers to get new project opportunities, and continuously update Service Project list
-Conduct contract negotiations to ensure achievement of OI target and Profitability
-Actively promote Service Business (e.g. Training for Front Sales) in the Siemens organization
-Coverage: Mainland China
-Contacts:
1. Internal Contacts: EM BUs, OCs, SG AS HQ, EM Sales, etc
2. External Contacts: Utility, Power Plants, Industry & Infrastructure Customers, Business Partners
What do I need to qualify for this job?
->3 years Technical Sales / BD experience in T&D service portfolio (E.g. Spares & Maintenance for HV&MV switchgears / substations)
-Experience in Project execution or Sales in the T&D field, including negotiations with customers and partners.Experience with Claims Management and Risk Management, cost controlling, presentations
-University education or above, major in Electrical Engineering is preferred
-Highly self-motivated; Good understanding and learning ability; Good communication skill; Team working
-Good English & Computer skill (MS office)
