a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

· Skill in designing wiring harness 3D design with CATIA V5 software, at least proficient on harness module.

· Skill in understanding and reading electrical schematics.

· Skill in choosing harness components (connectors, harness protections, harness fixations) from library according to environment interface.

· Experience in CATIA V5, or/and CHS, EBcable, Vobes system etc.

· Experience in handling of the standard and harness module.

· Experience in harness construction under a whole vehicle project.

· Knowledge of project management with timing control, communication/reporting /presentation.

· Good teamwork.

· Independent working abilities.

· Self motivated.

· Willingness to travel.

· Intercultural communication skills.

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

· At least 2 years experience in Vehicle OEMs, Harness supplier, Design Company is preferred.

· Bachelor or master degree in engineering, automobile, automation, or other related experience.

· Good English skill in oral and writing is basic, German speaking is high.

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

· Report to the line leader, and do the job from arrangement.

· Responsible for harness 3D construction, or schematic drawing design.

· Managing interface with partner and harness supplier.

· Leading officialisation check and trouble shooting.

· Train and be trained inner or outer.
