a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

§ Well know about vehicle EE function, and the control logical.

§ 有非常好的汽车电器功能知识，和其控制逻辑。

§ Experiences with diagnostic tools like CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer, or similar

§ 有测试诊断工具方面的经验，如CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer。

§ Experience in component/system/complete vehicle functional testing.

§ 有零部件，汽车分系统及整车功能测试方面经验。

§ Experience in vehicle infotainment system testing, components design. etc.

§ 有汽车信息娱乐系统功能测试，部件设计等。

§ Knowledge in vehicle electric electronics architecture.

§ 有汽车电子电器架构知识。

§ Knowledge in project management with timing control, reporting.

§ 有时间节点控制，报告等相关项目管理知识。

§ Good teamwork, but also independent working abilities and self motivated.

§ 良好的团队合作精神, 并且有良好独立工作的能力及自我激励。

§ Willingness to travel, Intercultural communication skills.

§ 愿意出差有跨文化交际的能力。

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

§ At least 3 years experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company.

§ 3年以上汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的工作经验。

§ Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering.

§ 电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士

§ English, in speech and writing.

良好的英语听说读写能力

Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

§ Report to line leader, and get job from arrangement.

§ 向直属领导汇报安排的相关工作。

§ Vehicle HMI system and sub-system test and also include vehicle integration testing related with HMI function. .

§ 车载信息娱乐系统或分系统测试，以及整车集成测试中相关HMI系统功能测试。

§ Independently creating the test case, maintain and updating it, creating test plan.

§ 独立的能力建立测试用例，维护并更新，制定测试计划。

§ Independently of trouble shooting, include not limited of, holding meeting, make proposal, and also need make decisions. Supplier management.

§ 独立解决问题，包括召集相关负责人讨论制定方案，直至问题解决。管理供应商。

§ Supporting leader to setup and strengthen the capability of HMI system area, system design, testing, and so on.

§ 协助直属领导建立和增强公司在HMI系统方面，系统设计，测试等方面的能力。

§ Supporting the specification work, analyzing, testing, trouble shooting and reporting to the customer

§ 支持测试指导书，分析，测试及问题解决，并向客户汇报。
