Position Overview:

The job candidate will be a member of the manufacturing team, and will be responsible for production line management, such as operators manpower arrangement, operation flow standardization, operation efficiency improvement,and coordinate with related departments to solve production issues to meet customer's delivery requirement, need to work at Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Primary (70%):
1. Production line management and resources arrangement (tools/materials/manpower), to meet production requirements
2. Operation efficiency improvement
3. Productivity improvement for labor cost down
4. Operation flow standardization to avoid the miss operation
Secondary (30%):
1. Production line logistic running and do cost down activity
2. Fab discipline enhancement by manpower management skill

Requirements:

1. experience managing operators
2. skilled for scheduling tasks for optimized efficiency
3. knowledge of inventory control for production materials
