Position overview:

Set up MFG strategy plan, strong support to production;

Effective communication and co work with related department;

Project management and improvement for MFG department.

Responsibilities:

1 Ensure KPI achievement for MFG dept.
2 Ensure the effective of ISO/OHSAS/ERP/MES system smooth running and CI on MFG dept
3 Manage HC,layout,material purchase,training, productivity for MFG dept
4 Plan and monitor SO/MPS and make sure to meet customer requirement
5 Lead engineering/quality/process improvement for production line
6.Follow up other issue,for example,Adm/HR distribution
7.Build effective team with high efficiency, quality and good qualification.
8.Material control,asset management for MFG dept"

Requirements:

1. >5 years related working experience
2. Have deep knowledge/skill in operation philosophy, including safety/quality/delivery/control/training
3. Good coordination/communication in dealing with complex situation
4. Open minded, be proactive
5. Fluent in both written and oral English
6. Bachelor or above
