职位描述：
1、制定和实施公司产品的总体战略和年度经营计划，建立和健全相应的管理体系和组织结构，主持日常经营管理工作，实现公司经营管理目标和发展目标。
2、管理公司产品日常运营工作，并定时向总经理汇报项目执行、资金运作等情况，接受总经理布置参与公司整体发展所需的其他工作；
3、组织建立管理团队，拟定组织架构、人员架构建设，协调各职能部门建立工作制度及流程，监督实施规范化管理；
4、参与制定和实施公司产品的总体战略和年度经营计划，并根据发展战略及健身器材市场发展趋势，负责公司线下渠道的品牌规划；
5、领导建立健全线下的营销管理制度，组织制定营销政策，制定、执行销售计划；
6、做好与公司各部门间的协调沟通，建立公司与客户、供应商等有效沟通渠道，与媒介保持良好关系，主持开展公司公共关系活动，树立公司良好形象；
7、做好公司经销商管理，渠道开发，扶持经销商进行市场营销。
岗位要求：
1、40岁以下，专科及以上学历，经济管理、市场营销等相关专业，接受过战略管理、营销管理、产品规划和运作管理等培训；
2、5年以上健身器材相关营销高层管理经验；
3、熟知健身器材行业发展和运作的深刻理解和独到见解；
4、具备优秀的领导能力、优秀的团队管理经验
5、指导、参与市场的开拓、渠道管理等日常工作，具有出色的销售及市场策划能力等；
