Responsibility:
Part A
Follow up testing control procedure.
Check and approve testing reports from third party to ensure that they meet the standards
Follow up test fail cases and provide solutions to suppliers
Summarize the situation of testing results every month
Identify and resolve potential safety standard issues
Provide technical supports to suppliers and merchandisers
Check the invoice from third party
Part B
Prepare factory audit plans and set out audit scopes and objectives for audit assignments
Audit factories and finish internal audit reports
Check and analyze third-party social compliance audit reports, provide professional comments to Manager.
Collective third party social compliance audit reports from approved suppliers and push them to improve to meet our code of conduct
Follow-up on any issues with suppliers/factories for improvement and to ensure rectifications have been implemented timely; re-audit and making
Provide suppliers CSR status report every month
Requirements:
Know well EU market testing requirements. Familiar with ECO safety requirements.
Familiar with BSCI, WRAP, ICS, SA8000 these social compliance standards.
Above college, major in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Textile Engineer
At least 3 years’ experience in textile field with wide knowledge of chemical analysis of substances.
Good communication and cooperation with suppliers and merchandisers
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good command of English, CET-4 or above.
