Responsibilities

The MarCom Intern shall assist with the following:

1. Offline and online national PR campaigns (Shanghai, Beijing & Guangzhou)

2. Contact offline and online media with pre-event communication materials (release, eflyer, invitations…) and post-event communication materials (photos, videos…) in order to maximize placements quantity and quality

3. Help to create media clippings

4. Update and manage the agency contact database

5. Update and manage the media lists

6. Assist with the management of the Riviera social networks (Weibo, Facebook, etc)

7. Assist Marcom Manager with additional PR affair

Qualifications & abilities
1. Local Chinese female with a bachelor degree is required.
2. A degree in PR management is preferred but not required.
3. Fluent English and Chinese required (spoken and written). Notions in a third language (Japanese, Spanish, German or French) preferred but not required.
4. Passionate about digital marketing.
5. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.
6. Ability to work in team.
7. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
8. Great with details.
