ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Reporting to:
Recruitment Specialist / Consultant
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
As Researcher, you will be working closely with Internal Recruitment Specialists and Consultants to conduct multiple projects:
+ 2 Hours of Phone Time Every Single Day
+ Research company Industry Information, Client Target Firms and Industry Trend Online
+ Create Client Target Firms List via our internal system
+ Cold Call Client Target Firms to obtain Contact Details of Passive Headhunted Candidates
+ Work for Key Account Client with Internal Recruitment Specialists and Consultants and make sure to provide high quality candidates efficiently
+ Get Professional PDF Profiles Ready for Client Release
+ Other tasks signed via supervisor
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree, majoring in business, English, marketing or other majors
+ Experienced in Sales, Marketing, HR or related roles with International enterprises
+ Experience within a professional services company is preferred
+ Familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT
+ Excellent Multi-Lingual Communicator
+ Willing to start with hands-on work and be patient with details
+ International awareness and exposure
+ Controlled under pressure
+ Good team player
+ Good organizing and planning skills
+ Chinese (Mother Tongue)
+ English (Writing and Reading, Good Speaking is preferred.)
+ German, French and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
+ Willing to live and work in Ningbo
