Main Tasks

- Independent planning and performing of supplier related actions, to ensure that the component to be purchased will be delivered according to SENVION quality criteria.
This includes auditing of the suppliers on the global procurement markets according to ISO or automotive standards, and introducing, supervising and evaluating of supplier development actions. Qualifying of components and processes from the prototype up to series-production, including performing of inspections within the qualification process and deciding about the release into series production. Clarifying of complex technical issues and leading of interdisciplinary teams to identify and implement suitable solutions.
- Responsibility for the coordination of tasks in the processing of quality notifications and concession requests, in direct cooperation with nearly all departments within the organization. This includes leading the evaluation process, with the concerned departments, to identify possible technical and commercial risks as also developing a decision proposal. Prepare arguments / documentation for escalated topics.
- Independent execution of manufacturing supervision and inspections at the supplier facilities according to general technical standards and “best practice” as well as to specific requirements of drawings and specifications. For complex technical problems an interdisciplinary team will be established with the goal of realizing sustainable preventive actions.


Key Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering/material or comparable training with professional experience
- Practicable knowledge with the manufacturing processes for our components
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Good English communication skills
- Experienced to work with SAP QM
- Result-oriented, assertive, excellent communication skills, structured working method, ability for team and task coordination, intercultural experiences
