Our Shanghai office has the position available for Senior Network & Systems Engineer with good communication skills, vision of Information Technology and experienced in consulting, designing and implementing projects for small-medium IT environments.

We'd like to select people with an enthusiastic interest in IT, a strong willingness to learn and the desire to provide great customer services. Furthermore, they must have good English skills (Speaking, listening, reading and writing), be logical thinkers and good at problem solving.
Responsibilities
To help deliver Advance Vision Technology’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

? Delivering quality engagements. Providing support to AVTech management, sales team and customers for the following:
o Pre and post sales;
o Qualify requirements;
o Initiate proposals, BOMs and scopes estimates;
o Executing and implementing solutions;
? Maintaining and ensuring that all Service Level Agreements for existing customers are meet;
? Assist with the growth of new technologies, solutions sets and Industry Certification within Managed Services:
? Mentor other team members and provide technical advice and recommendations drawing on past industry experience;
? Learning, embracing and recommending new technologies or solutions to further assist management and the sales teams to drive and promote new business opportunities. Continued effort to gain formal certification with your assigned focus technology skills and/or the company’s focus technology partners through self-training, research & development, peer group training, technology vendor online training and company approved training;
? Maintaining excellent communication with customers, third party vendors, and contractors;
? Be an escalation point and mentor to others within the services department;
? Continued monitoring and reviewing of SLA’s ensuring response times are maintained and standards are consistently met, also ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained;
? Leading and fostering further growth of L1, L2, and L3 resources;
? Providing leadership and guidance which includes, mentoring/encouraging/facilitating further career progression, annual performance appraisal and delivery of training and certification requirements to suit defined business objectives (in conjunction with the development program handbook);
? Assist with hiring new staff and contractors;
? Providing support for AVTech’s infrastructure and systems (China and overseas).

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes
? Skills & Experience:
o Excellent written and project documentation skills;
o Excellent communication, presentation, time management and team oriented skills;
o Ability to provide pre-sales and post sales services;
o Solid technical knowledge of:
？ Microsoft infrastructure (Consult, Design/Architect, Deploy);
？ Microsoft Active Directory & Security
？ Clustering/ High Availability;
？ Microsoft Exchange;
？ Email and Web Content Management;
？ Virtualisation infrastructure (VMware & Hyper-V);
？ Storage Area Networks (SAN) / Network Attached Storage (NAS);
？ Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup;
？ Enterprise antivirus and backup solutions;
o Knowledgeable following vendors or solutions:
？ Unified Communications and Cloud Infrastructure;
？ Citrix XenApp and Terminal Services
？ Network, routing, and switching;
？ Security (i.e Cisco).

? Qualifications
o Maintaining all current certifications i.e all Microsoft, certifications, VMware Certifications.

? Personality Attributes
o Professionally presented;
o Be self-motivated and willing to work outside or normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations and objectives;
o A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude;
o Be able to work with all departments of AVTech including Sales, Solutions and Finance;
