Job scope:

Lead the SCQ team to ensure Senvion's global quality standards for local sourced components:

？ Work closely with various divisions like Engineering, Sourcing etc.to eliminate barriers that may affect quality requirement.
？ Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements of Senvion SE.
？ Build up and develop local a SCQ team which are working in interdisciplinary teams .
Plan and monitor the auditing/inspection activities. Schedule supplier inspections and visits. Responsible for auditing/ inspection activities.
？ Manage Non-conformities, drive corrective and preventive action at suppliers, drive continuous improvement of supplier’s quality.


Your profile:

BS/MS Engineering Degree.
Above 10 years of hands-on experience in supplier qualification, preferably gained from Power, Machinery, Automotive and related industry.
Familiar with casting, forging, mechanical, welding etc..
Familiar with supplier quality management methodology and tools.
Demonstrated project management, leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in cross functional, global team environment.
Fluent English.
Willing travel.
