Purpose of Job:
? Support HS&E manager to build and develop effective HS&E management system
? Support HS&E manager to build and maintain good relationship with related governments
? Ensure that the site complies with applicable HS&E regulations and requirements.
? Build and develop HS&E rules and procedures according to required HS&E legislation, corporate HS&E requirements and other applicable HS&E practices.
? Serve as the coordinator, educator, planner and monitor of the site’s HS&E programs.
? Continue to improve HS&E management system to promote employee’s HS&E awareness and maintain high standard of health & safety and environment.
? To be the good example on HS&E behaviors compliance.

Responsibilities:
? Implement and maintain HS&E management system, programs and tools in line with regulatory requirement and company Global MS standards to keep safe and stable operations
? Support on establishing and developing site-specific HS&E policies, procedures, reports and plans, as appropriate according to HS&E legislation and corporate HS&E requirements.
? Organize and develop HS&E training for employees, and contractors
? Supervise and manage site environmental facilities operation and performance, e.g. waste water, solid waste, air emission, noise, etc.
? Manage and control site occupational health exposures and medical surveillance, e.g. dust, odor, chemical, etc.
? Support site management of industrial safety, firefighting, chemical control, industrial hygiene, etc.
? Implement ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000
? Identify significant opportunities for HS&E improvement, implementing permanent corrective action as final step to problem solving.
? Keep contact with governments


Qualification:
? Bachelor’s or higher education degree in Chemical, engineering or equivalent with over 3 years HS&E experience in a chemical or Relative field.
? Good communication skill both internally and externally.
? Good coordinator and training skill.
? Motive and active.
? Fluency spoken and written English.
