Position Responsibilities:
Sales / Customer Service / Operation:
1.Main responsibility is to manage and supervise all aspects of SCR business with Final Customers
Will act as the key interface between the Final Customers and all relevant divisions
2.To review financial statements, sales reports, purchase reports and keep a track of the same.
3.Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
4.Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets.
5.Follow all company internal process (Open Bravo, Finance & Admin, HR Process)
Finance:
1.Responsible for the profit and loss of the business with Final Customer
2.Analyze areas where cost cutting can be done. Prepare and control operational budgets.
3.Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of records including AR, AP, Inventory, etc…
Communication:
1.To maintain and develop good relationship with Final Customers
2.Manage and solve conflicts with clients
3.Ensure good communication with the different departments involved in the project, including but not limited to Warehouse, Logistics, Import department, IT and Finance/Accounting
4.Training and communicate with subordinates under his/her responsibility to improve their performance.
5.Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees
Requirements:
1. College and above degree
2. 3-5 year work experience
3. Good proficiency in MS Word and Excel
4. FLUENT FRENCH /ENGLISH IS A REQUIREMENT, CHINESE IS A STRONG PLUS
5. Strong sense of organization, planning and priorities
6. Hands on, hard-working and more importantly, ability to work under pressure
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
8. Enthusiastic, service-oriented and able to work with different departments
9. Multi-Tasker, very well organized and detailed-oriented
10. Decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
11. Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
12. Strong account management and relationship building skills.
13. Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level
14. Highly self-motivated.
