Consumable Products Logistic Operator - for a foreign company - JB 85 : (native Chinese , fluent English ) , Shanghai
A foreign company with global operations which develops glass machinery systems for architectural applications and lead the market with worldwide success is expanding in China and looking for a Consumable products logistic operator to join the china team which is located in shanghai.
Job description:
Responsibility to manage customer orders:
Receive customer's orders, issue confirmations, process the orders and collect customer’s payments.
Responsibility to operate customer shipments:
Issue shipping documents (invoice, packing list), coordinate shipment with forwarders and customers.
Responsibility to manage warehouse inventory:
Issue purchase orders, receive goods to warehouse, follow-up on inventory, inventory count.
Responsibility to generate reports: Inventory reports, sales reports, etc.
Working interfaces with various departments (logistic, finance, support, etc.)
Requirements:
College graduate
Fluent English (ability to give a 5 minutes fluent speech in English , read and write)
Up to 3 years’ experience in customers logistics
Experience in working with ERP systems - advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, service oriented, responsible and dedicated, independent and highly organized.
Willing to travel to abroad once a year for training
