职位描述
A global leading US F500 Manufacturing company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be responsible to supervise & ensure compliance in plants: Internal Audit / Balance Sheet Audits / SOX / US GAAP (some elements of local GAAP) , drive local controllership to remediate any known control deficiencies and / or Audit findings in a timely manner;
2. Ensure accuracy and drive timely completion of Plan / Forecast cycles to central FP&A timeliness in plant Group, consolidate and present group results for month end / plan / forecast cycles;
3. Oversee the development of standardized product costing, programs costing to ensure proper forecast, validation and tracking of financial impact;
4. Supervise overall supply chain finance to drive efficiency;
5. Oversee, support and validate development of plant CI roadmap generation and BBP reporting.
6. Highlight and promote best practices within groups to become wider group standards;
7. Ensure CAR's and business cases are accurate, realistic and in line with US GAAP and company policy;
8. Provides financial information necessary for Power Solutions executive management to properly evaluate China monthly results for purposes of decision making.
9. Answers month end, quarterly and yearly questions generated by Corporate, independent auditors and others as appropriate;
10. Facilitates Special Projects as needed;
11. Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining local plant & Operations Finance team members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Four year college degree in Business or Finance, Advanced degree such as an MBA or professional accreditation (CPA, CMA) is preferred;
2. 15 years experience related to operation finance and other finance management in a multinational manufacturing environment;
3. Should be highly analytical, meticulous and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a financial business partner;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
5. Experience in SAP, Hyperion, MFG/Pro
Other Comments:
1. A highly motivated individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities;
2. Fluency in English and Native Verbal and Written Mandarin.
