Responsibilities:

1. Following up the new orders, checking delivery status with supplier and keep updating to Jula Sweden

2. Weekly follow up of the supplier production/delivery schedules

3. Communicate with forwarder to optimize vessel/container booking situation, ensure on-time delivery or keep reporting to Jula Sweden for delivery deviations.

4. Collecting & Checking shipping documents and also quality control status

5. Updating order status in internal computer system

Requirements:

- College or university graduated, major in logistic is preferred

- Over 3 years relevant work experience

- Good English skill, able to communicate with foreign colleague directly

- Extensive experience in procurement, logistic, supply chain

- Attention to details and strong organizational ability

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet the deadline

- Problem solving skills
