Job description

Communication with vendors for inspection issues-- inspection procedure, arrangement, and QA requirement
Schedule the pre-shipment inspection
Inspection report fax to vendors after QA inspector release
Sort and submit inspection statistics weekly—inspection schedule list; inspection done list; high visibility items control list ; inspection failure or hold statistics
Internal Communication to provide necessary files for QA inspector inspection
Inspection report archive协调验货计划

Requirement
1. Degree holder
2.Good command of English
3.Min 3-5 years in interpreting and implementing quality ( experience on inspection coordinator would be plus)
4.Familiar with vendors and factories, can arrange pre-shipment inspection under team leader’s requirements properly
5.Work hard and Conscientious on files or list
