Responsibilities:
- Work with Digital Marketing teams in developing data-driven online marketing research to support the overall strategic plan
- Use Web Analytic tools and other NetBooster proprietary tools in gathering, analyzing and reporting data
- Derive marketing and consumer driven insights from gathered data
- Report to Head Strategic Planner and assist business development and production teams during client pitches and monthly performance reports of ongoing projects
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Must be highly analytical
- Passion for data analysis and market research
- Experience in Google Analytics and other analytic tools (setup, analysis and reporting) a plus
- Experience in Marketing Research a plus
- Experience in Strategic Planning a plus
- Graduate of advertising and marketing course a plus
- Ability to collaborate, partner and influence people up, down and across the organization.
- Good communication skills, both in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel and Powerpoint, and must be comfortable presenting findings to internal and external audiences
- Residing in Shanghai, China
