Job Description:
-Provide strategic, managerial, and scientific leadership in the area of, but not limited to, molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry.
-Be responsible for developing strategy and implementation of new technology and methods
-Be responsible for the team buildup and expansion
-Be responsible for ensuring deliverables with high quality at a fast turnaround time

Requirements:
-The candidate have a Ph. D in biology or related sciences with at least 2 years of experience in an academia or industry setting.
-A good track record of research in the related fields and scientific papers is essential.
-Experience in immunology is a plus
-Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, with working knowledge of experimental design and data analysis
-Demonstrated ability to lead the team toward the success in project implementation, guide groups through corporate change and growth
-A thorough understand and solid hands-on experience on cancer biology is a plus
-Excellent communication skills in English, flexibility and the desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
