职位描述
1. Issue all proforma purchasing invoice to cusotmer and issue contract to our supplier of each order and to look after the payment as well.
开具所有定单的采购合同和客人形式发票，负责应收款项。
2. To look after the shipping of each order, make sure the goods arriving port smoothly. Make sure all document for custom clearance are correct.
负责所有定单的货运。出货是提供正确出关资料，货到港（海运、空运）之后，确保清关资料、商品名、发票价格的正确。
3 To keep well all purchase/ cost invoice and be able to contact to our foreigner accountant. Collect monthly invoices and send to our accountant to make sure the VAT return.
根据国外审计的要求保存好每个定单在国外产生的费用以便落实退税工作。
4. In charge of export VAT return issue , make sure each export business with VAT return.
负责每笔出口业务的退税工作。
5.Good at calculation/ accoutant. Good at stock managment.
由于每个公司的不同情况，要求应聘者具有财会经验或者有管理仓库经验的优先考虑。
6. Oral English excellent, written English excellent.
英语口语流利，书写流利。
7.To finish the job boss required.
完成老板要求的工作。
8.Have good communication and teamwork spiri.
具有很好额沟通能力和强烈的团队合作精神。
