职位描述
Essential Functions
1. Order intake and placement process –
Build Customer Profiles and keep updating
Book orders with Production Team
Generate orders in system
Follow up with customer to request and secure PO’s in a timely manner.
2. Customer Service -
Maintain good solid relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers’ Supply Chain team for all the orders, packaging, delivery & etc.
Follow up with customers’ QA team for any complaints and support Account Manager for claim settlement
Responsible for insert or component stock if any by setting up system to track, update, manage, periodic review internally & externally
3. Customer Compliance –
Secure and distribute customer compliance manuals to appropriate departments.
Review all packaging requirements in POs and assure compliance.
Clearly understand customer shipping window’s and communicate to Production Team and Logistics Team.
Reconcile all credit and claims.
4. Logistics–
Follow up on weekly shipments and make sure they happen.
Work with Logistics Team on any re-work orders that need to be processed at warehouse.
5. Business Management –
Account Receivable – Work with customers & internal Finance team to collect account receivable on time & taking care of any transaction issues
Keep clear, concise documentation of customer communications regarding orders to keep on file for future reference
6. Communication and cooperation
Support the communication between Product Management team and market, to ensure the smooth progress of regional development project.
Support the communication between Business Management team and market, to ensure the smooth progress of price negotiations.
Proficiencies
1. Good in written English
2. Good oral English (preferential)
3. Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
4. Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
5. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effect. Reflect a professional image in writing, face to face or by telephone for information exchanges.
7. Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
8. Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
10. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
11. Ability to study and apply new information.
12. Reflect professional temperament and commercial appeal in any time.
Education and Experience
1. At least Bachelor degree.
2. Good in written English
3. Good oral English (preferential)
4. Two to three years relevant working experience is a plus.
