岗位描述：
1. 根据公司业务发展规划，组织制定相适应的公司内部信息化发展规划；
2. 组织开展公司IT网络等基础设施的规划、建设、维护工作；
3. 根据公司具体业务需求，牵头负责整合、完善公司各类IT业务信息化管理系统；
4. 负责公司IT团队的日常工作管理，负责IT团队与公司各部门间的沟通与协作，负责外部合作方和外包方的对口业务管理。

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学位，IT相关专业，具有5年以上企业信息化实施、运营管理经验；
2. 熟悉宽带网络传输技术和IT相关新技术；
3. 有较强的需求分析和整合规划能力，在ERP/CRM/BOSS等领域有经验者优先；
4. 能独立完成核心系统设计及实现，熟悉相关软件、开发工具、技术框架、应用服务器、数据库等技术的应用；
5. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力、承受压力能力及独立解决问题的能力；
6. 对企业管理和业务流程有良好的理解能力；
7. 良好的英语阅读、写作能力。
