1. POSITION SUMMARY
This position was in charge of bank and cash management. Also assist in month end closing duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Check expense reports according to company policy, ensure payments are supported by valid invoices and relevant supporting such as receipts, quotations, contracts
Prepare checks & telegraphic transfer, arrange on line payment input
Coding and input payment vouchers into ACCPAC (local accounting software)
Prepare TME accrual
Analysis of staff advance
Petty cash payment and reimbursement journal
Update bank receipt/ payment control sheet
Report weekly bank balance
Foreign currency transactions in Bank of China in Free Trade Zone (FTZ)
Monthly Defferred training report
Cash forecast report
Filing
2. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
(Include educational requirements and experience preferred / required)
University degree, major in Accounting or Finance
1 year experience in foreign invested companies
3. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
(Include knowledge, skills and abilities preferred / required to perform the job)
Good PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system
Good command of English skill
Able to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure
