Responsibility:

- Place purchase order to supplier base on sales order demand;

- Make material pul in plan base on production plan;

- Pull in material base on prodcution schedule;

- Deal with suppliers on dailypurchasing activities to ensure delivery in time;

- Resolve the supply shortage issues from outside and inside;

- Deal with the payment, return etc., issues with supliers;

- Control inventory and obsolete material generation;

- Monitor supplier on time delivery performance and work out action plan;

- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree;

2-3 years purchasing experience;

- Familiar with excel and ERP system;

- Good command in writing English;

- Good communication skill and teamwork.
