Main tasks:

- Daily communication with vendor and customer, Necessary travel required.
- Involved in new projects sourcing and productions follow up.
- Work together with local team to achieve company's objectives;

- Coordinate order placement, forecast, and stock.
- Responsible for the order status with buyer/senior, follow the orders and foresee the delays and prevent it or minimize its impact;
- Coordinate with Quality department for the inline and final quality control.
- Evaluate supplier's performance together with quality department, address quality issues jointly with quality department;
- Analyses and train suppliers to achieve the expectation and in compliance with the business requirements. Secure the capacity for company needs;
- Follow up the logistics with vendors and shipping dept, make sure the product dispatched on time.

- Familiar with regulation of shipping/logistics schedule, be able to prepare the delivery plan with vendors and customers.

- Follow up the statement both with vendor and customer, make sure the payment follows the term.

- Operate the payment, shipping documents with involved participator.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Good English skills on writing, reading. At least 2 years working experience on the international business ordering follow up.

3. Experience of working with local suppliers

4. Good communication skills in terms of price negotiation, lead-time, etc.

5. Working carefully and organize.
