职位描述
Job Purpose：
As the key leadership role in the region’s Education Departments, Education managers support Center Directors in the centers through leading their teaching teams to provide superb English training service for their customers. Education Managers aid in achieving customer's satisfaction for both the learning experience and end-result, and finally improving Web’s image.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately carry out Headquarters' teaching system and model in the region, ensure standard management and service
2. Manage the teaching staff and supervise the teaching quality in the region, develop strong teaching team
3. Responsible for student management in the region, ensure good education service
4. Recruit and utilize the teaching resource based on the real needs in the region, ensure smooth operation
5. Coordinate with all related departments
6. Do other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, excellent English skills （English language or education major preferred；2-year experience of English teaching preferred）
2. Superb leading, planning, organization and coordination skills with creative mind
3. A team player with a strong logical mind and proactive work ethic
4. Passionate about education management, strong devotion to high-quality education and providing valuable service to English learners
5. Good knowledge and in-depth thoughts in English training industry and learners' needs (background, motivation, goals, learning experience, personality and family status)
