职位描述
岗位职责：
1、制定新产品质量管理计划，并监控实施，使新产品质量水平达到预定目标；
2、协助上级分析、处理和解决客户质量问题，满足内、外部客户的质量要求，不断提高产品质量满意度；
3、收集和整理部门内员工的合理化建议，并上报主管批准后组织具体实施工作；
4、主持部门内部数据分析的管理工作（包括数据采集的真实性，数据分析的可靠性和数据分析的实用性）；
5、及时提供消费产品信息和技术支持，满足工厂、销售、售后部门的信息需求；
6、通过客户体验，掌握客户需求，在公司内部有效地传递客户的质量要求和产品质量信息。
任职要求：
1、26-38岁，理工科专业大专及以上学历；
2、3年以上产品研发、质量管理经验，丰富的现场品质管理经验，具备质量管理理论知识；
3、有一定的洞察力，较强的推动、解决问题能力；
4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，独立工作能力强。
