主要工作职责
1. 审核预付款，预付现金申请，给供应商的付款凭证及费用的报销单, 并及时准确地记入SAP财务系统中。
2. 根据银行支付凭证及时准确记录所有应付账款的明细帐以确保对供应商应付款信息的准确性
3. 按照系统自动生成的连续编号归档及装订应付账款部门的凭证
4. 代扣代缴的纳税申报，包括计算, 表格的填写, 并在当地税务局，外管局等办理纳税申报事宜
5. 作为总出纳的支持
6. 积极配合月末结帐工作, 尤其是对部门费用差异的分析, 查明原因与明细
7. 及时维护付款记录跟踪表以保证其所提供的信息的有效性，准确性
8. 其他行政事务性的工作，如复印，传真等等。
9. 积极完成直接主管或上一级主管下达的其它随机任务并交付期望的任务完成结果。

Essential

Computer Skill, preferably including SAP skill

Accounting Knowledge

Able to make quality service improvement

College or above with major in accounting

Authorized accounting certificate

Minimum of 1 year experience of AP accountant

Willing to learn, Responsible, team player, mature

Good command of written English & Chinese

Key Job Tasks Performed

1. Review & check cash advance / prepayment to supplier / payment to supplier & expenditure claim vouchers, etc, record in SAP system accuracy & timely

2. Record bank – out information in SAP system to clear vendor open item accuracy & timely

3. Keep filing for all payment / claim forms according to system sequential number.

4. Withholding tax application include calculation, form completion, applying in local tax bureau, SAFE, etc.

5. General cashier back-up

6. Good co-operation in monthly closing & reporting, especially in department expenses variance analysis, follow up for any discrepancy

7. Keep tracking for all payment / claim status timely, ensure the information from the sheet is accurate & effective

8. Other administrative work, copy, fax, etc.

9. Taking ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct or indirect supervisors and deliver results as expected.
