Principal Accountabilities 主要职责:

1.为客户及公司同事提供售后服务支持，包括咨询、现场维修维护产品及培训等服务；

Offering service support for customer & colleague, including product inquiring, repairing & training.

2.收集客户的反馈意见，并且不断改进服务质量，维护客户的满意度；

Collecting of customer’s feedback and improve the service quality, sustain customer’s satisfaction.

3.监督，收集并分析产品的质量问题，并反馈至相关部门或国外总公司寻求解决方案；

Monitoring & collecting of the quality problem, feedback the quality problem to HQ for solution.

4.进行客诉整理，向售后服务经理汇报工作。

Summary customer claim, and report to service manager.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience 岗位知识，技能和经验:

1、机械设计、电子类相关专业，大专以上学历；

Major of mechanical or electronical in college.
2、一年以上设备安装、调试、售后工作经验，有传动设备行业工作经验优先；

1 years or above related service working experience, transmission, construction machinery or wind power company is preferred.
3、有良好的沟通能力和技巧，思维敏捷，现场反应迅速，抗压能力、应变能力强；

Excellent communication ability, active and passionate at work.
4、能够熟练使用电脑和网络；

Good at office software and internet.
5、能适应不定期出差；

Able and willing to travel frequently.
