职位描述：

负责与客户进行沟通，收集并挖掘、汇总企业内部所需的需求，提出对系统的设计建议

负责与项目经理确认需求，分析及整合后提供业务解决方案

分析产品或项目的用户需求，编写软件需求报告并编制软件需求规格说明书

负责或参与系统设计、概要设计以及软件产品的技术验证，原型开发工作

编制产品或项目的业务规范，整理和完善产品文档、业务流程及相关内容

负责向内部开发、测试团队讲解用户的需求及解决方案

协助或者组织产品的验收评审

参与内部技术研发等工作

Qualification:

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先

2年以上编写项目的需求分析和既要设计文档的相关经验

熟练掌握建模和需求工具，熟悉软件系统开发流程

具备企业ERP、SCM、CRM、PLM及相关项目的调研或者分析经验，兼备实施或者开发经验者优先

熟练使用PPT、Axure、Visio、EXCEL、word等表达工具

对财税领域和软件信息化领域有爱好，有较强的逻辑分析能力

具备基本企业财务税务知识

英语听说读写流利
