职位描述：

1、根据公司运营计划和发展方向，制定公司内部的设计体系和工作流程；
2、负责公司设计团队的建立、发展和管理；
3、负责建立、健全设计部门的内部业务制度和考核标准；
4、负责与业主方关系的建立，发展与维系，设计方案主导和认可；
5、负责项目前期设计提案洽谈，合约签订，以及设计合约的执行；
6、负责整个公司项目的运作、执行、管理、协调等；
7、负责管理、协调各设计团队和项目外部团队；
8、负责设计团队和其他部门之间的沟通、协调
9、负责项目的质量控制和审核；
10、负责项目设计成果并对业主报告；

任职条件：

1、照明设计、电气、建筑、城市规划、环境艺术等相关专业毕业；
2、熟练操作AutoCAD、photoshop,Autocad等设计软件；
3、在环境艺术、美学方面有一定造诣，沟通能力强，具有较高的审美情趣及创意思维能力；
4、英文熟练者优先考虑；
5、8年以上照明相关工作经验。
