岗位职责：
1、根据项目设计服务流程要求，对项目进行整体控制，管理和指导设计小组内各团队成员的工作；
2、负责灯光照明工程概念方案设计的形成，对灯光照明设计概念方案的可实现性，获得业主/设计师的认可；
3、组织设计小组在概念方案基础上进行深化设计，与项目组成人员沟通，确保深化方案的可实施性；
4、负责公司内部设计工作经验的分享和交流，在灯光照明工程项目设计过程中，给与照明设计师、助理照明设计师专业的指导，帮助他们成熟和发展。
5、方案汇报能力佳。
任职条件
1、大学本科以上，电气、建筑、城市规划、照明或以上相关专业；
2、具备主持大型室内、外灯光照明工程项目的设计主导工作的经验，如：大型公共空间、酒店、城市景观环境灯光设计等项目；
3、熟练使用Office , CAD, 等应用软件；
4、掌握照明行业及照明设计行业相关知识；
5、了解建筑、装饰、景观相关知识；
6、掌握照明产品相关知识；
7、英语听说写熟练
