工作内容：

1、访客接待，包括登记、泡送茶水等工作；
2、电话的转接、传真件、信件收发、转交等工作并对外来文件、信件等进行分类登记；
3、快递的收发、记录及邮寄工作；
4、办公用品的保管及发放工作，并根据各部门的需求情况定制《请购单》；

5、会议召开准备工作；

6、图书的管理；

7、项目文档管理；

8、办公环境管理；

9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

就职条件：

1、 具有一年以上规划、建筑、景观及行政助理的相关工作经验；

2、 外形气质良好；

3、 普通话流利，有一定的写作基础；

4、 熟练操作计算机、传真机、办公设备；

5、有设计公司经验者优先考虑；

6、 本市户籍更佳；

7、有建筑等相关设计公司相关工作经验者优先考虑。
