职位描述

1.负责对新产品工艺和可制造性设计的评审。
2.负责新产品试产过程跟进、工艺作业指导的编制。
3.根据试产过程的生产问题和工艺，提出注意事项并编写产品自检表。
4.编制量产产品作业指导书并据实考核SOP的可行性和准确性、编制产品流程图，以逐步建立生产作业标准化。
5.合理化产线布局设计。
6.对作业工时测量、分析、调整以提高平衡率、提高生产效率。
7.针对制程的问题点和可改进项目，组织本部门或相关部门进行改善。
8.主导改善过程、实施改进计划、总结并标准化。

岗位要求：

1.本科学历，工业工程或机械类相关专业
2.五年以上制造业丰富的现场工艺改善经验
3.熟悉IE基础理论知识，如IE七大手法等
4.会使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公室软件以及Auto CAD
5.具备独立处理事务能力、良好的品行、良好的沟通、组织协调能力及心理素质
6.工作态度端正，积极主动
