Job Duties

----Email & Phone Communication----

Assist customers with product questions
Assist Sales person in order updates
Answer Sales team inquiries and provide quotes
Monitor emails and requests
Coordinate with sales staff regarding status of email orders/inquiries.

----Order Processing----
Prepare Contract, Order ,and sales invoices
Sample Management: Prepare samples for sales team and shipment of samples to customers
Provide tracking numbers to customers for samples

-Admin tasks:
Help in the office inventories
Prepare some sales statitics


Minimum Requirements
-1-3 years experience in office environment and customer service
-Fluent in written and spoken English (or French) & Mandarin
-Organization skills, the ability to multitask without sacrificing attention to detail
-Critical thinking and intuitive problem solving skills
-Computer proficiency: excel , use of ERP (Kingdee or Sage x3)
