The Purpose of this Job / 工作目的
？ 根据产品的性质，在满足和符合安全和环境保护的要求下，根据生产计划按照SOP要求生产出低成本高质量符合市场需求的树脂产品。
Based on product property, within the SHE requirement and SOP, produce resin product with low cost and high quality.
？ 做好设备的预防性检查及记录，有效地让工厂设备正常运转，保持操作环境的整洁。
Make good documentation of inspection and checking, make plant equipment in good condition, housekeeping for the work environment.

The Challenge / 工作职责
？ 按照规格纠正产品的反应，监视反应釜中的反应过程，混合及搅拌，安全和高效地制造出产品，并使产品达到最高的质量标准。
Per Sop， correct product reaction, monitor reactions/ agitation/blending in production line, produce resin with high efficiency and SHE standard, to make sure the product is in-spec.
？ 按照要求，把产成品转移到适当的存放地点。
Transport product to certain place per the requirement.
？ 以全面的描述，向生产管理层汇报任何生产上的问题。
Report abnormal to production management with clear description.
？ 手动或自定地把原料投入反应釜、搅拌釜、储存罐中。如果需要的话，执行称重任务。
Manually or automatically drum product. Use forklift truck to transfer product to warehouse.
？ 在正常反应条件下执行化工操作任务。如需要，调整、重新启动设备。
Implement chemical operation tasks under normal reaction. Adjust and reset equipment if necessary.
？ 及时做好批生产原始记录和交接班记录，设备预防性检查记录及其他相关的记录，包括生产过程中，对相关的操作参数及时加以调整、控制在SOP范围内。
Well document production record and shift log, check list, parameter correction record in production, ect.
？ 对生产过程中看见的不符合安全和设备要求的情况要及时报修，对生产过程中遇见的常见设备故障能及时排除，并有责任承担维修时的监护。
Report any failure of equipment in case of un-safe situation. Clear equipment failure as possible, and take standby reasonability when maintenance tasks.
？ 每天必须及时做好现场安全，环保工作，维修工作结束后要及时做好设备表面、地面清洁卫生工作，要善于利用工作间隙做好现场的清洁卫生工作，确保操作现场整洁，做好每天的交接班工作。
Keep SHE stand. Keeping good equipment surface and ground after maintenance jobs, Good housekeeping during daily jobs, well handover to next shift.

The Ideal / 主要要求
？ 具有高中/技校以上学历。
High school or above
？ 具有化学操作或相关经验。（了解GMP ISO14000 HACCP）具有危化品操作等相关资质证明。
Related working background in chemical operation (knowledge in GMP ISO 14000 HACCP). Related work certifications (like dangerous chemicals).
？ 具有团队精神，客户导向。
Team work, customer orientation.
