1.) Growth—Develop and implement strategies
成长----制定和实施战略
—Help sell additional products to existing customers
向现有客户销售更多产品
—Find new customers within your industry.

—Prepare quotations for new inquires

2.) Develop marketing program & activities, and prepares report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
制定市场营销计划和活动,通过收集、分析、总结信息提交报告
3.) Drawing sales plan and checking: In charge of drawing marketing plan and promotion plan to action back to the company with suggestion if need, to ensure the effectiveness of company strategy.
制定销售计划并检查:负责市场营销,推广并反馈回公司,确保公司策略的有效执行
4.) Improvement—Determine appropriate level of follow up for all new inquires to increase our yield (quote to sale ratio).
改善- 为所有新询价制定合适的层级以增加公司业务(报价销售比)

Requirements:
要求:
1.) College degree or above, engineering background is preferred.
大专以上学历,工程背景优先
2.) Good computer skills and willing to learn industry related knowledge.
优先的电脑技能,愿意学习行业类的专业知识
3.) Minimum 1 year previous fastener related experience in Automotive or Mining industry, 3-5 years preferred.
1年汽车或矿业领域的紧固件相关经验,3-5年的优先
4.) Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in Chinese, able to speak and write in English.
优秀的中文口头,书面交流和演示技巧;英语要能说能写
5.) Customer service and detail orientated; able to work in a team environment.

6.) Proactive self-disciplined and can work under pressure.

7.) Excellent market research, analysis and exploring capability

Salary: base + allowance + commission
