Main responsibilities: focus on external customer communication and internal supplychain support ,not including sale/marketing development and quotation
1. Supervise order operation for key account customers
2. Monitor daily orders operation in PMM
3. Supervise orders situation and support, to avoid orders risk during operation
4. Internal confirm ETD and make sure delivery on-time
5. Cross-dept coordinate with PMC,PD,QC,sales for problem shooting
6. Make all set of documents before delivery
7. Arrange for customer QC inspection before shipment
8. Payment feedback with account dept.
9. Handle for afer-sale service issue

Personal Qualities:
have at least 3 years working experience for exporting business in manufacturing company;
ERP system operation experience, familar with ISO
Easy-to-go character and good coordination and communication skills
Can work independently under high stress
Good written and spoken English
Good job feedback sense , data analysis
