Major Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Independently evaluates and manages assigned projects through planning, organizing coordinating projects assigned to them, to assure required deadlines are met.

2.Reviewing, recommending, testing and assisting in the implementation of various proposals for package design. This is done through obtaining and communicating necessary information with Engineering, marketing, Product Development, processing, etc.; generating information; and contacting various suppliers for estimates, suggestions, or information; test package systems in laboratory, pilot plant, and production facilities.

3.Continue to become familiar with Hershey's and Lotte organizations, work flow processes and training programs.

Qualification:

1.BS Degree in Mechnical Engineering,Packaging Engineering Degree or equivalent degrees.

2.At least 2 years' experience in Packaging Engineering.

3.Minimum 1 years of experience in the Confectionery, Food, Consumer Goods and/or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

4.Strong understanding of other team members duties and responsibilities.

5.Ability to communicate (oral and written).

6.Mechanical aptitude and ability.

7.Able to work with people.

8.Understanding of basic package theory and principles.

9.Self motivation and initative.

10.Basic sound understanding of how project teams function.

11.Organizational and project management skills.
